BARRY H. FISHKIN
Barry is a member of the Corporate, Technology and Intellectual Property Departments. TOD M. MELGAR
Tod is Chair of the Patent Department and a member of the Intellectual Property, Litigation and Fashion Law Groups.  Tod concentrates his practice litigating intellectual property cases throughout the U.S. district and appellate courts, representing clients in a wide range of patent, trade secret, copyright and trademark disputes.
